I keep responding to jobs posted on places like LinkedIn and Google, but Never and I mean NEVER hear back. Is it because there are simply too many jobs listed and too many people applying? I thought I knew all the tricks to get past the computer so my resume wouldn't get eliminated automatically, but I'm missing something. Anyone have any suggestions, or stories to tell about job applications?
